Emily Reza - Founder & CEO, Head of Brand Management

Emily is the visionary behind 4th & Crawford. With over a decade entrenched in the sports industry, she found her true calling—collaborating with purpose-driven clients to build brands that transcend the confines of sports and leave an impactful legacy.

Prior to leading 4th and Crawford, her six year tenure at a baseball agency was where she mastered working one-on-one with professional athletes to build their personal brands, at every stage of their career. As the Director of Public Relations and Social Media, she not only witnessed but actively shaped the evolution of public relations executed via digital and social media tactics.

Earlier in her career, Emily spent 11 seasons curating in-game content and entertainment for the LA Angels, LA Clippers, LA Kings, and LA Chargers. Complementing her professional expertise is a Master's degree in Strategic Public Relations from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of La Verne.

The only cap she’s about is her morning iced cappuccino. She enjoys a quiet corner to read a book (but rarely finish it), a mezcal margarita with a tajin rim and a tajin rim only, an LA Clippers game, or a night in on the couch with her husband and their dog, Griffin.

Isabella Kinney - Social Media Assistant

Isabella is our vibrant Virgo, and trend-setting Social Media Assistant who joined the 4th & Crawford team in 2022. She hails from the streets of Long Beach, where you can catch her at a coffee shop on a weekday and the most poppin' spot on a weekend. Isabella is our resident TikTok queen, always one step ahead in the latest trends and viral content. Her expertise lies in seamlessly managing the day-to-day of client accounts, ensuring their online presence is relevant, consistent, and engaging. A proud alumna of Cal State Long Beach, Isabella holds a degree in Public Relations with a minor in Fashion Merchandising.

Susea Guitron - Concierge Services Coordinator

Susea Guitron is the heart and soul of our concierge services. Beyond her professional experience in community relations for the LA Dodgers and in communications for Sportsnet LA, Susea brings 20+ years of experience as the Chief Operating Officer of her home, running a tight ship with her husband and five kids. She brings the same dedication, warm personality, and can-do attitude to 4th and Crawford, making every client feel like family. Born and raised in San Bernardino, CA, fluent in English and Spanish, Susea is passionate about empowering others to be the best version of themselves. Her professional experience is coupled with her education at the University of La Verne, where she majored in Communications. When she's not orchestrating concierge magic, you can find Susea watching her favorite novela, enjoying the outdoors, or embarking on a successful Target run.
